IMPORTANT! - The Rules Have Been Further Adjusted And Simplified!   01/18/2018

We have decided to massively slim down the rules and make them easier to understand for all. We also have now added "gang initiation" to the server so players can be more easily included without confusion. If you have any questions you can ask a staff member in teamspeak. For more information and to see the updated rules you can find them in their usual location https://c8gaming.com/forums/topic/9-altis-life-server-rules/

  3. RDM Report - nikko renolds - Denied

Denied You were currently on NLR and should not have been there in the first place. You were just RDMed by Paul Mateia less than 3 minutes prior to this vid - he was dealt with!

  5. Other Report - Coburn and [BIC] Cano - Denied

Denied They were initiated and given instructions to "stop and surrender, or be shot". They refused the orders and continued... which allowed them to be shot. They did not flee to a green zone, but were continuing to their original destination (whether they stored money is not proven in this video - but only assumed by the report). Initiating on someone in an attempt to stop them from doing what they were intending on doing is fair, but the initiation doesn't prevent them from continuing with their action. It only permits the initiator the opportunity to kill them before they complete it. You had all the right to engage them following the initiation, but chose not to (whether you had the chance to, or resources). They also had the right to shoot you out of the sky following their initiation (or after them being initiated on), they also chose not to. If someone is initiated on stating "stop or be killed", perhaps the initiator needs to have an avenue for carrying out such a threat!

  8. RDM Appeal - [NG] Elias / [NG] Elias - Denied

Denied There is no indication that initiation took place. If someone advises there are only 10 seconds left - it's best to err on the side of caution.
  9. DENIED. The original message clearly stated "lAND AND SURRENDER OR BE ENGAGED..." The message was sent a full 2 seconds before your helicopter can be seen in the video (at the 12 second mark - which is still outside, but entering the greenzone. While the second message had the type-o, I only looked at the initial message and what took place from there. The aggressors could have, and had all right to, engage you in the GZ - especially after you flew through and then circled back around to land.
  10. Awaiting evidence.
  11. RDM Report - SkrrtSkrrt - Resolved

Resolved For future reference... Complaining back and forth is not a violation. In fact at the time the initial message was sent (with correct spelling) skrrt was NOT inside the greenzone. The conversation that follows is irrelevant. The fact is, skrrt flew through the GZ, then was sent another message, then flew back into and landed in the GZ. This would meet the requirement of fleeing to a GZ solely based on the first initiation only. The GZ protection was then nullified and he could have been engaged. The issue of landing a helicopter inside GZ is a law - while continually flying low may result in kick/ban. The ban issued is only on the fact that there was an initial failure of RP, while is based on the original message sent.
